RAFFA supports the growth and development of Local Panels/Advisory Groups by building the skills of Development Advisers and Practitioners, through tailored activities aimed at establishing a culture of learning and skills as a key element for improving community development and project delivery.
Local Panels
Aims to organise fundraising activities and active partnerships within local communities.

Juliette Walker, Director of Learning, RAFFA Academy for Community Development
This workshop was run to enable members of the local community and local faith groups to get an idea of what RAFFA is doing in terms of individuals using their learning and skills, within their community to effect change and a better community. There were presentations from Development practitioners who had a passion/vision to be able to work on a project within their community to enable others.
