Health & Wellbeing Fair ( inc. MAPA People’s Day), organised by Bradford Health & Wellbeing Network at Newby Sq, Coates St, Bradford, BD5 on Saturday 27th July, Midday-7pm featuring exhibits, screening and testing. Information, advice and support for prevention, self-care skills and healthier lifestyles. Information and resources on cancer,diabetes type 2, heart health, hyper-tension, prostate cancer and medicine-user advice.
Activities and stalls include:
Food Hall: African and Caribbean cuisine, Smoothies and J’s Coconut Drops.
Creative Futures: visual & performing arts showcase and gospel singing lessons for local talent
Sports Zone: cycling, keep fit, 5-a-side Football and Domino competition : Dominica v Jamaica
Business & Enterprise Cluster: Pre-start Entrepreneurs, Apprenticeships and Interns
Learning & Skills Zone: TripleAConnect ( Attitude, Aspiration & Attainment )
Community Chaplain: Pastoral Care, Tea & Kindness and Word of Hope
