WOMEN IN NEGOTIATION (NOV22) @ Saïd Business School, University of Oxford
Nov 22 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Dear Supporter

The NBWN have come together with Saïd Business School to present the Women in Negotiation debate at University of Oxford.  This influential event takes place on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 where we will be bringing together two successful executive programmes; the Oxford Programme on Negotiation and the Women Transforming Leadership Programme.

This will be an interactive and experiential day where our speakers will share their insights about how men and women negotiate differently and how women can become even more effective negotiators.

We know that men negotiate strongly to enhance their positions, and may miss opportunities to find creative solutions to complex negotiations. Whereas women negotiate hard on behalf of their teams but may deal themselves out of situations where they could negotiate conditions for their own success. How can women harness the strengths of both approaches?

We have 40 places open to our VIP members of the NBWN and specially invited female leaders – and you are one of them!

Your place is absolutely free and all you have to do to secure your place by confirming attendance by return if you feel this event is for you!

Please find attached supporting information and the agenda to help inform your decision.

I do hope that you will be able to join us for what promises to be a most useful day, and look forward to hearing from you soon.

 Yours sincerely
