Rudi, retired as the first Chief Executive of RAFFA International Development Agency on Thursday 26th November 2015. He remains responsible for RAFFAid and co-ordinates their key priorities for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He is also an active member of the Caribbean Diaspora movement that is working together to promote Global Partnerships for Community Development.
He devised and facilitated the pathbreaking NHS and Faith Communities collaboration for mental health, cancer and blood donor recruitment services. He is also responsible for initiating the internationally acclaimed RAFFA/Blood4Life partnership supported by NHS Blood & Transplant UK for the donation of Mobile Blood Collection Units to Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada, Jamaica and St Lucia.
Rudi, is a multi-award winning international management consultant with extensive leadership and cross-sectoral experience at all levels within private, public, community and faith sectors in numerous countries.
