Statement from RAFFA International Development Agency in Response to Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica (October 28, 2025).  RAFFA is committed to supporting those who are mobilising resources to support emergency shelters, food assistance, water, sanitation, and medical care for those most in need. We will liaise with local authorities and trusted partners to ensure aid reaches affected communities swiftly and equitably.
