RAFFA supports God's Divine Blessing Ministry in Dominica - During the COVID pandemic, Hannah Stuart received a divine calling to establish a ministry focused on supporting the elderly, disabled, and underprivileged. This led her to set up God’s Divine Blessings Ministry, an organisation whose mission is to bless people and communities in need across the Caribbean.
