RAFFA International Development Agency is pleased to announce a coordinated partnership with ‘JLB Shipping Company’, ‘Church of God of Prophecy UK’, and the ‘Echoes of the Front Room’ community production initiative as we join together to deliver vital aid and recovery support to communities in Jamaica affected by the recent hurricane.

For over 18 years, RAFFA has responded to crises both nationally and internationally, working directly with individuals and communities to provide relief, advocacy, and long-term recovery support. In the wake of the devastation in Jamaica, we are mobilising resources and support networks to ensure that help reaches those who need it most — quickly, directly, and with dignity.

We have designated a special page for this appeal click here to view.

Our Partners:

JLB Shipping Company  JLB Shipping Company has joined this effort by supporting the secure and reliable transportation of donated goods to Jamaica. Their partnership ensures that essential supplies reach the island safely and efficiently. By providing logistical support, they are helping us bridge the gap between community generosity here in the UK and urgent needs on the ground in Jamaica.

Church of God of Prophecy Church of God of Prophecy has partnered with RAFFA by offering multiple secure donation drop-off points through their congregations and community networks. Their commitment to community service ensures local residents have accessible locations to donate food, clothing, medical supplies, and emergency essentials.

Church of God of Prophecy

This partnership reflects our shared belief in community, collaboration, and compassion. RAFFA will continue to work closely with our partners as our CEO travels to Jamaica to assess needs, coordinate local support, and ensure that assistance reaches families and communities directly.

We invite businesses, faith groups, community organisations, and individuals to join us in this vital mission.

Because our aid goes directly to the community — and because one of the greatest things we can do is support each other.

Your partnership can take many forms — donation points, sponsorship, volunteering, goods, or funding support.

Together, We Will Rebuild

We will be having a special meeting on Wednesday 13th November for the COGOP membership - for latest updates follow our social media platforms:
