Black History Month is a time to celebrate the legacy, resilience, and contributions of Black communities across the globe. It’s also an opportunity to recognise the incredible individuals who have stood alongside RAFFA, championing our mission to promote health equity, social justice, and international development.
As we approach the start of RAFFA's countdown to its 20th Anniversary, starting with black history month, we will be launching a series of articles highlighting those who have advocated for us over the years.
This month and every month over the next 12 months, will not only be celebrating our heritage and history, but also a recognition of the people who have stood alongside our charity, advocating for its mission and amplifying its impact.
From grassroots campaigners to community leaders, these advocates have helped amplify our work and extend our reach. Their dedication reflects the spirit of Black History Month — a celebration of progress, empowerment, and unity.
RAFFA, Founded in 2006, has continued to be committed to reducing inequality, promoting social justice, and supporting international development. Over the years, RAFFA has been blessed with the support of passionate individuals and organisations who have helped drive its vision forward. RAFFA's journey has been enriched by the voices and actions of those who believe in its mission. Whether through health campaigns, international aid, or creative expression, these advocates have helped RAFFA reach further and impact deeper.
This October, we honour their voices, their actions, and their unwavering support. Join us as we spotlight the changemakers who continue to shape our journey and inspire our future.
